Courses can
be adapted to suit specific needs and will include lessons on:
Attitude
Your attitude will affect the outcome of any situation. Learn how to deal
with confrontation and, more importantly, how to prepare for it.
Awareness
Learn how to stay aware of what’s going on around you, allowing
alarm bells to start ringing prior to a situation developing.
Threat Assessment
What constitutes a threat and how it can be avoided?

The
Law
Learn about the law in relation to defending yourself and how to keep
within it.
Defence Techniques
(75% of the course)
Should all else fail you will learn techniques (tried and tested by police
and military) to defend yourself from attack.
Courses can be booked for either one lesson a week over a six week period
(12 hours total) or for two full days (six hours per day).
