Do
I have to be fit?
No. The concepts are the same no matter how fit you are and students will
train within their own capabilities. Fitness in relation to personal safety
will be discussed during the course.
Is this a pass or fail course?
No. Students will be continually coached throughout the course –
there are no tests or exams.
What should I wear?
Loose casual clothing that you would be comfortable to train in. Tracksuit
bottoms, t-shirts, sweat shirts and trainers would all be ideal.
We would ask that you do not wear buckles or loops that may cause injury
to yourself or others.

How
many students are taught on a course?
Courses will cater for a maximum of twelve students – ensuring full
supervision at all times.
How can you teach everything in one course?
This can be achieved due to the fact that all principles and techniques
are easy to understand, put into practice and remember.
